Mary McCashin is an ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition/NTA Nutritional Specialist.

My name is Mary McCashin and I'm a Nutritional Therapist. I am an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and a Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) Nutritional Therapy Consultant. Fit To Eat is my broccoli and butter (because bread and butter is a poor choice).

Fit To Eat brings together two of my greatest passions - fitness and food. I think food is the most powerful form of natural medicine and fitness is the most underrated antidepressant and stress reliever. Combine the two and you can be blown away by the amazing changes that happen in your life and with your health!

I understand the frustration of feeling like doctors do not listen to you, or the intimidation that comes with walking into a gym and feeling completely out of place. Whether your goal is to lose/gain weight, improve your nutrition to help with an existing condition, or the eat your way to your max bench press - I'm here to help.

My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel that you can succeed. I understand my clients are human and they struggle, we all do, and I certainly have myself. My job is to help encourage you through those points of struggle so you can see your accomplishments on the other side!
